Saint’s Place is hosting a spring pop-up sale in Pittsford
PITTSFORD, NY – Saint’s Place is hosting a special spring pop-up boutique sale Thursday and Friday at St. Louis Church in Pittsford. All proceeds from the sale will help Saint’s Place help refugees and those in need in Rochester.
Most new items will be on sale during the two-day event. A former Pittsford boutique owner has donated designer clothes, handbags, shoes and jewelery for sale. There are also original works of art and home decorations for sale.
Proceeds from the sale will help Saint’s Place help others. Volunteers support approximately 1,000 refugees each year to help them settle comfortably into the Rochester community.
“It’s really gratifying,” said Stacey McCarthy of Saint’s Place. “We have around 150 volunteers at any one time working with Saint’s Place, and we need that many people because there’s so much going on every week. Saint’s Place has really integrated into this community and many organizations know they can contact us if needed.
The sale takes place Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at St. Louis Church in the Village of Pittsford.
